Two years ago my family and I moved back home to Texas from being away in the military for the last 10 years. COZY AIR replaced all of my old, (1970's), fiberglass ductwork in my 3,300 sq. ft. house with state-of-the-art insulated ducting, new cleaner filters, and the new Honeywell U/V light system in the Plenum to arrest mold/mildew development. All work was accomplished within the period promised. Workmanship was professional and courteous, and all areas were cleaned and debris disposed of daily. Upon purchasing a new home in San Antonio TX we had been experiencing some issues with our AC system. We contacted Cozy Air and they promptly came out to our home within an hour and a half after first contact. The service was fast and efficient and they pin pointed the problem promptly. My Wife asked to get a second opinion and Cozy Air suggested we do so if that’s what we needed to do to be comfortable. We called two other companies and the competitors couldn’t come close to the cost and promptness of Cozy Air. We decided to have Cozy Air correct the problem as they gave us several options on repair. We chose an option that was best suited for our budget and Cozy Air came out the next day and replaced the entire AC system for thousands less than their competitors price quote. We are extremely happy with the job Cozy Air did for us. We take care of our son’s home while he’s overseas and arrived one day recently to find the inside temp was over 92! The A/C system was completely dead and we needed help immediately. Not knowing anyone in town, we found a couple of estimates from people online. Our 12-year-old air conditioner wasn’t quite dead yet, but it was sinking fast. Sometimes it would cool the house, and sometimes it wouldn’t. We got a quote from a salesman at a well-known service in town, and were alarmed when it seemed they wanted as much for the installation as the equipment cost. (We can only say “seemed” because they would not itemize the bill showing equipment versus labor costs.) The unit was one that wasn’t even allowed to be manufactured anymore, since it was so inefficient. It had evidently been sitting in a warehouse for years somewhere in town. Needless to say, we continued our search for an affordable air conditioner from someone we could trust. Mike with Cozy Air came out, looked over our situation, and listened to what we wanted. We were impressed right away with his knowledge and his straight-forward manner. He gave us a quote for almost half of what the other company had wanted – and this was for a brand new, 16-SEER, 5-ton Carrier air conditioner, coil, and furnace. We signed on right away. Mike and his crew came out and installed the entire system in a few hours. We were impressed with the care they took not to damage our home. Drop cloths were laid on the stairs and wood floor, and they made certain not to touch the walls or railings as they moved all the old equipment out and the new equipment in. Mike also gave us all the paperwork and information we needed to apply for the CPS rebate and the tax credit for next year’s income tax return. We love our new, quiet, efficient unit, and thank Mike and Cozy Air for all the money we saved, and for our new peace of mind.

Recently Cozy Air replaced our entire system which included new air ducts, media air filter, plenum,
thermostat,15 seer energy efficient 5 ton, dual cycle American Standard system. Before making the decision to go with Cozy Air, we received 2 other estimates as this was a big job and going to cost a pretty penny. Living in Fair Oaks Ranch, one of the quotes was from a long established, trusted company in Boerne. They were pretty sharp and their estimate was practically the same as Cozy Air, but the duct design plan was not as good and the price.....oh my....there was no comparison. Also they failed to inform me of the $2000 rebates that were available from CPS. It seemed since they were so "established" they thought it fair to triple their quote. They never even contacted me after their visit because it didn't really matter to them whether they got our business or not. It really was a no brainer especially since my neighbor had work done by Cozy Air and referred them to me saying they did an excellent job.We are very happy that we chose Cozy Air. From start to finish they did a fantastic job. They started the job quickly, kept the site clean, and were very professional. They had the job wrapped up in a few days and saved us a ton of money. I strongly recommend them
and plan to have them back for any additional work needed.
